Return and Refund Policy
CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed. You can change contact and delivery information by contacting our customer service team. If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend that you contact our customer service team as soon as possible, but we may not be able to cancel an order if it is already being processed. Please note that cancellation requires confirmation from us.
Return
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving all your items to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed or un-altered, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We charge a 15% restocking fee on all returns, which will be automatically deducted from your refund.
Cicybell will review your return upon receipt, which typically takes 2-3 business days. Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.
Cicybell does not provide return shipping labels or logistics services.
Cicybell will not pay or compensate for any costs incurred from returns.
Full Refund
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving incorrect or defective clothing, or damage incurred during shipping. Please contact
Service@cicybell.com within seven days, providing your order number and photos of the defect. For products approved upon review, we will issue a full refund. The review process typically takes 2-3 business days!
Notes
CICYBELL will make every effort to ensure that the products you see on the screen are consistent with the actual products, but CICYBELL is not responsible for the following issues:
Issues such as color differences, loose threads, unfinished edges, thickness, and texture caused by different monitors are not considered quality issues.
Returns due to dissatisfaction with the style or color, or changes in personal preference are not considered quality issues.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
